Selling Facebook because of vulnerability and politics issues

In this podcast, Dr. Hermann Stern of Obermatt explains why he would sell Facebook shares now. Facebook has many problems. The more important the online networks become, the more closely they are monitored. Free societies will not allow private companies to monopolize the opinions and interactions of their citizens. They will certainly not be allowed to exploit these digital encounters commercially. It will become increasingly difficult for Facebook to use the data on their networks. In addition, such networks are subject to fashion trends. TikTok has already poached millions of users from Facebook. Even if this has now been fended off by the American government, it can be done again by someone else at any time. These reasons speak for the fact that Facebook cannot monopolize the world and therefore does not deserve the current valuation.
