Obermatt Bonus Index
The Obermatt Bonus Index controls the volatility in your bonus plans. It also helps you gain acceptance by shareholders, executives and employees in order to end the debates about bonus levels.
As a neutral third party, Obermatt ranks financial performance in the Bonus Index. The higher the ranking of the company relative to its peers, the higher the justified executive remuneration and compensation.
